<P>Facilities & Materials Manager Facilities & Materials Manager</P> <P>Skills Required - Chemical/Mechanical Engineer, Maintenance Supervision, Chemical/Refinery Industry, Materials Management, Purchasing/Supply Chain<BR><BR>Facilities & Mechanical Engineer<BR><BR>If you are a Mechanical Engineer with Refinery or Chemical manufacturing experience, we have an opportunity for you.<BR><BR>We are a producer and provider of a variety of chemicals to industrial clients throughout the United States.<BR><BR>At this time, we are looking for a Facilities Manager with a materials background to direct and coordinate activities of the plant and oversee the processing of materials by performing the following duties personally or through subordinate supervisors.<BR><BR>What you will be doing:<BR>Facilities Management<BR>Day to day management of operations and maintenance of assigned facility <BR>Supervise 13 - 15 employees<BR>Develop and maintain an annual budget <BR>Plan, develop and implement site specific policies and goals <BR>Develop or revises standard operational job procedures and working practices and observe workers to ensure compliance with standards <BR>Ensure compliance with safety and regulatory requirements<BR>Represent Company and act as liaison between Company and customers.<BR>Plan, implement and complete capital and maintenance projects<BR><BR>Materials Management<BR>Continuous procurement, inventory and supply of all materials, supplies, parts and equipment<BR>Securing required materials and services in the proper quantity and quality<BR>Keep up to date on materials market to take advantage of material price changes<BR>Work with inside purchasing, outside vendors and inside accounts payables<BR><BR>What you need to have to apply for this position:<BR>BS degree or higher in Engineering (Chemical, Industrial or Mechanical)<BR>5+ years maintenance supervisory experience<BR>Materials management experience a big plus<BR>Purchasing/Supply Chain <BR>Chemical plant operations experience crucial to this position<BR>Ability to work with hourly employees and interfacing with clients <BR>Good organizational skills <BR>Strong PC & software skills <BR>Experience in leadership and working with the local officials as required<BR><BR>We offer a competitive salary and comprehensive benefits package for the right individual.<BR><BR>So if you are a Mechanical Engineer with previous experience working in a chemical or refinery setting, than we want to see your Resume.</P>df-lj More...
